1. Delivery Cost:
We have two delivery options –
- 24 Hour Tracked via royal mail which normally comes next day. This is priced at £4.95.
- 48 Hour Tracked via Royal Mail, which arrives within 2-3 working days. This is priced at £2.95.
2. How long does it take to dispatch my order?
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Average dispatch time is normally 1 day. If you need something urgently, please send an email and we can dispatch same day.
3. How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, it should take 24 hours to arrive but this is dependent on Royal Mail as it can take longer during busy times / seasonal times. 48 hour tracked should take 2-3 working days.
4. Tracking your parcel
Tracking numbers are sent out automatically via royal mail after we have dispatched your item.

5. Where do we deliver too?
We only deliver to the UK at the moment but we will think about international at some point in the future.
6. Lost parcels:
After 5 working days, if you still haven’t received your order and if the tracking hasn’t moved, please contact us and we will send a replacement asap.
If the item is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a refund or replacement cannot be made unfortunately.
If an item is returned to us by Royal Mail due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee of £3.95 will be requested from the customer before a replacement can be shipped.
